Es bleibt halt eben was vom Kraut beim Sauerkrauteinmachen übrig, und diese Reste kochen wir nach diesem Rezept ein. Es ist aber sehr wichtig dass Kümmel in dem Kraut drin ist, denn Kümmel ist bei diesem Rezept in Zusammenspiel mit der Beigabe von etwas gutem Öl, der Geschmacksträger bzw. die Komponente welche den richtigen Geschmack in diesen Salat bringt.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div>
